Yorkshire firm, LCF Law, is the latest firm to order Mozaique from Accesspoint Legal Services.
The firm wanted a slick, modern process for the onboarding of new clients working seamlessy with the Legl AML & Compliance application and their PCMS once the client has passed all of the appropriate checks.
LCF will initially roll out the solution to the Private Client Team; incorporating Accesspoint’s Wills Planner, to provide new clients with portal access through which they can provide the data needed to prepare the draft will. In turn, the draft document will then be shared with the client via the portal; thus reducing the email traffic usually associated with this type of transaction. On successful completion, the firm will then roll the process out across other areas of the firm. Adding the on-line payment functionality of Mozaique is also in the plans for the firm.
