Overview
Camberley-based Herrington Carmichael LLP are implementing Accesspoint’s Mozaique portal and Web Forms in order to improve the efficiency of its client onboarding and on-line payments processes. The firm had experimented with existing functionality within their current PCMS and had also spoken to other external providers to find a suitable solution before selecting Mozaique.
As well as providing a client portal, the firm will be using Mozaique to provide a 24/7 secure payment portal with a key attraction being the ability to process all the payments within a single screen and the integration with the Accounts module automatically completing a posting slip ready for approval. Web Forms will facilitate mobile friendly client self-service with the added attraction that the firm can quickly and easily create new forms without having to rely on external assistance.
