These will enhance client service even further by providing on-line access to case progress and documentation, assisting with website conveyancing enquiries, and facilitating a secure mechanism for payments.
All this working seamlessly with their PCMS so that on-line enquiries, payments, and quotes can be tracked and followed up directly from case management; thus maintaining a familiarity of operation which ensures maximum operational efficiency.
